Update about the next newsletter

Hi, all. I've received many questions of course about Slough Creek, but also about the next newsletter. Though I can't yet tell you anything new about the next episode, I can tell you that we're working on another newsletter, expected to be sent out in mid October, just in time for Wolf Awareness Week. In the newsletter, we're hoping to have a teaser video, announce the art contest winners, and let you know of a live Q&A session with me on the forum to answer some of your questions about Episode 2 (without giving away the surprises)! So please be patient- you'll be informed soon!

This is set as an announcement now, but will return to normal post status 14 days after this post was made. The newsletter will be posted on the WolfQuest News and Announcements forum.

When I saw the title, I'd have to admit I got a little giddy - thinking it was the next newsletter. Maybe you should rephrase the subject title better?

Wait- there was an art contest? And I didn't know about it? I guess if a winner has already been chosen it's too late to do anything about it but I wish I could've known about this and entered. Was it just, like, draw a picture of a wolf and mail it to us at so-and-so's address?
Thanks Cana for the update on the Newsletter. I appreciate it. I still don't understand the live Q&A thing though. If someone could PM me and explain it to me, I would be forever grateful. I guess now I will have to wait until Mid-October until the Newsletter comes out. What is a teaser video? Is there any chance whatsoever that the game will come out around the same time the Newsletter does, or is it not coming out until November? Oh man, I hope game release isn't delayed AGAIN! This has got to be one of the longest summer/fall's of my life! Haha, but I am not complaining. I think it will be worth it. So, being quiet now. :]

The art contest was announced in the past Newlsetter.

Sintact did a great job of explaining the live Q&A here: http://www.wolfquest.org/bb/viewtopic.p ... 35#p908710 (and also replied to this topic before I finished typing this!). If it works out, I'd probably have it in late October, and may put up a poll on the forums before then to see when it should be held. And I won't be able to answer all questions, because we like to keep some things a surprise and other things have a chance of changing before the episode is actually released, but at least you'll be able to learn some new details!

For what I know, the "Q and A" topic will be for answering questions about the upcoming Episode Two. A topic made and hosted by Cana, users from the Community will be able to post all the questions they have about the new Episode. With this, false statements from the new episode will be gone and you will have more accurate answers to your questions regarding the topic. I don't know the date in which this topic will be hosted, it's up to Cana to decide.

For the ones that are kind of lazy and want to know about my post; now we have the date (not exact) of when this topic is going to be created.
