I saw you put the Northern Lights Wildlife Wolf Centre up there- It is located in Golden if people are looking for a specific location and you can do a thing called "black wolf photography" where they take the wolves out with you in the Rockies of leashes and you can walk with them for about an hour and a half (or longer if you ask) with wonderful photographic opportunities
I highly reccomend you visit this place- i have howled with wolves there and i have to say it was one of the best moments of my life

I ponder if Howling Acres should be taken off the wolf sanctuary list, since (unfortunately) they were forced to close down due to the owner's health problems and some economical difficulties and the sanctuary is no longer active.

I'd visit many of those places if I had the chance. I'd definitely go to International Wolf Center and Wolf Mountain.

It's a real shame that there are no wolf sanctuaries in Finland. The closest wolf sanctuary to my location on the list is the one which is located in Austria.

On that list is one that is located a little over an hour away!
I'm definitely going to go there sometime when I get the chance. And when I know I'll have a ride.
Thanks so much for the list of Sanctuaries and what not!

Thanks Pawnee!
Ive been to Mission:Wolf, and for anyone who would possibly like to be in the cage with the wolves, this place is great!!
You can only go in the cage when the manager is there, and thats any random day. So just hope you get lucky, its a great experience
And they're right, Mission:Wolf is in the middle of no where! Its a great place to go
Copper Mountain Colorado, Home of the Snow Day!

This is a great list, but I didn't see the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center. Sorry if I'm mistaken. Here is CWWC's website: http://wolfeducation.org/

I don't have a clue whether this has been posted or not, pardon me if it has been: http://www.wolfcenter.org/ (They share a lot of educational, accurate and informative wolf data; it's highly useful.)
