I imagine the DLC will be available for purchase on any legitimate platform the base game is offered on as well. So, if you bought it on itch.io or Humble Bundle, you'll likely just have to check back at their respective WolfQuest store pages and acquire it from there.
This is of course not quite confirmed, but seems the most logical and likely to me.
