If I were in charge of WolfQuest...

I don't think I would change a darned thing. The current runners and staff have been doing an amazing job in my honest opinion.

If I were in charge of WolfQuest.. I wouldn't be. I don't know the first thing about scripting. xD

ahem... but being serious... I think I'd make it so we can have two body features on at once. That'd be great, to have a limp and a radio collar on at the same time, or a flat ear on one ear and a bent ear on another... yeeah. But I love WolfQuest 2.7, and it's all great. Besides that, I wouldn't change a thing.

I would make it so multiplayer could hold more people and you could create packs and attack players in other packs and be able to claim pack territory and have pups for each pack not just the server. :) :fox: :fox:

1. Multiplayer was just expanded to have more people. 2. It doesn't support any more people anyway and there'd be so many pup NPCs too. I believe that’s nearly impossible to do with slower computers still running it smoothly unless something changes.

Would be nice, though.... ^-^

Ok..........I literally have no idea how to run a game but............if I could make changes to it, I would add minigames. Like, CRAZY minigames. In other words, WQ would be completely nuts if i was in charge. Jk, but i am serious about the minigame thing. Like, people could make their own ones and it would be so much fun........!!! (Sorry there are visions of discos and everything is rainbow colors in WQ in my head...)

I would add- just for the fun of it- a racing mechanic. I've been thinking about holding races to the watchtower in Lost River anyway. (No idea how to balance things so everyone has a fair chance, though.) Also, I would speed up development of the Linux version so players on all three major systems can join in the fun (and because I will not put Windows back on my laptop.)

I'd work with Dave and the guys at EduWeb to release the WolfQuest assets for other Unity developers, possibly for a small fee. Who knows- maybe there's an aspiring graphic designer or modeler here who could greatly enhance the looks of our favorite wildlife simulation. :ferret:

Editing to add that I agree with Rain- there should be a two-player mode. Once I was having trouble with a specific level in Lego Lord of the Rings so I asked my brother to help. He plugged in a USB keyboard and off we went. While I realize we're not dealing with Travellers' Tales here, maybe there could be a script that allows for input from a keyboard and a controller.

I would make a freeplay mode where you can have fun with your pups without worrying about predators and starvation and just get to explore- sorta like creative mode in Minecraft?

I would slow the cougars down a little so that they'd be easier to chase off. It can take me up to an hour to get three bites in.

I would make it possible to have up to maybe 10 little fuzzy wolf pups! (Except that would mean lots of hungry mouths! Imagine Bring It On with 10 pups!) Also, hard difficulties seem to mainly spawn coyotes! I would make it so that more fun and challenging predators spawn on harder difficulties. (Like bears, cougars, and eagles!) :bear: :eagle:

What would I do if I were in charge of WolfQuest... I would make it so you could add spaces (spacebar) in wolf names, and multiplayer games. And I would declare myself a beta tester for WQ 3... :D
