Exactly! Honestly, if I was in charge, I wouldn't change anything about the game, except for bug fixes and possibly even removing multiplayer (because its hardly educational. At all).

I'd work on the forums, keeping the wolf forums active and removing false information from those.

  • Hmm! If you see what you believe to be false information being posted and presented as factual information there, maybe you could report it with the 'other' category? If you'd like.

I would make it available for PS3/PS4 in PS Store  (because I, myself have PS3). And would make different ending. And local and/or 2-player game (when they are mates). Oh, and of course remove bugs. And add more activities.

If I were in charge I would like to add:
-The ability to drag carcasses to a certain place/ and or carry them (Or parts of them)...
-Other small things to hunt (Pheasants, quail, etc.)
-A third game, where you return to the pack that you started with a choice of switching to which wolf you want to play with.
I just think these would be good to add :D

If I were the one making WolfQuest I'd add:
-Many more options for fur
-Choice of eye color in customization (i.e. Gold, light green, orange-yellow, brown, etc.)
-More animals (pheasants and quail, but also squirrels, voles, raccoons, badgers, and larger game like bison and moose)
-Ability to drag/carry prey (for something small like a hare you would just pick up the entire thing, but with an elk you would tear off pieces)
-Being able to name your wolf in multiplayer (Your customized name AND username being displayed, of course)
-More maps!!!
-Baby elk in the herds (which would have less health than adults)
-Fixing water glitches! along with other bugs
-Ability to be a pup in multiplayer
-More detailed terrain (if Skyrim can do it, why can't WolfQuest? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard they actually got more funding than they needed)
-Last but definitely not least, a third episode, where your pups from the second episode are fully grown wolves (meaning your pack is larger and more powerful. If you completed the second episode with a few dead pups, Randomly generated wolves would act as pack members in their places)

If I was in charged, a lot would have been done.

First and foremost, the rules:some makes sense and some doesn't. Im not really understanding why three words would be consider as a spam. Not only that, we're not allowed to roleplay. Like, for example, -wags tail happily-. Well, I must admit, I have seen a lot lately.

Second and foremost: more privileges. I sense this more a kids board than a teenage; only boards like this is made for kids, and would be strictly punishable. However, if this was a teenage board, maybe by the fact this should be decrease. Not only, but signatures. We're allowed to have more freedom and post whatever we want.

Third and foremost: the community. I personally don't enjoy Member of the month but Member of the season. We're allowed to have 3 instead of 1. It's greater change to selected than have to wait every month.

Fourth and foremost:the game. I would really change everything. Maybe add portals, humans, birds, and many other things. More movable and accessible keys; go under den, dig, and cool stuff. Name your wolf and just have fun. And instead ending of with the pups and new territory, maybe allowed to start a pack, no? Hm.

Well, that's it for now.

I'd allow us to create rp threads. My pack could really use that.

If I was in charge I would fix the bugs and add features if I had funds. I also might start up the newsletter again.

I find some of these suggestions quite predictable, some making sensecandcsensible, and others seeming to lose scope of Wolfquest's goal.

Makes me appreciate the real develelopers :3

Probably most of these, and allowing common words like 'he' and 'she' back in the lexicon, because filtered or not, people are going to find some way around the filter to say them.

All of those ideas would require a good amount of funding, with the exception of a few. The new version plans to add smaller features, like pelts and eye colors, for a price.

As far as the lexicon goes, I don't see a need to waste time and make a move back to allowing "he" and "she" when (a the lexicon will eventually be removed in the current version and (b the new version is moving away from lexicon chat altogether, at least in Open Games.
loboLoco wrote:But what about chat? We've added a new option, voice chat, which is obviously unconstrained by the lexicon. That will be available only in Private Games. For Open Games, we plan to offer only Phrase Chat and No Chat, and encourage players to use Private Games if they want better chat options.

I would:

- Let there be packs!

- You might be able to fight bears for carcasses.

- You can drink.

- Your pups can run.

- Your pups can swim across shallow areas.

That's all, (so far) folks!

I would:

Make the 2.7 Demo access Lost River, as the 2.5 Demo accessed Slough Creek.

Make multiplayer servers for 2.5 be able to hold more than 5 people to a single server.

Allow 2.7.1 to be downloaded for free (the full version).

2.5 was free so there was no need for a demo; that's why you could already play in Slough Creek.
