Re: Ideas for New Episodes/Future Updates
When you target a prey animal, that signals to your mate to attack that particular animal. Basically a way of communicating with your mate.

Re: Remap Wolf Controls in WQ 3
I agree something is off with the control map. Using the arrow keys to steer your wolf with your right hand, and your left hand to do other things like sprint/emote/bite etc. means you have no control of the camera/view since that can only be controlled with a mouse. Without a third hand to move the...

No wolf stats option in the new Anniversary Edition?
Anyone else not getting the option to create or change your wolf stats on the create your wolf menus? It just says the option is coming soon. I'm talking about the page where we normally choose our wolf speed, stamina, and strength. Those sliders are absent for me.

Re: Ideas for New Episodes/Future Updates
I suggest having floating scents in normal mode since wolves do view the world through their sense of smell as much as sight. Graphically I think it would look pretty to have lots of floating colors and give more life to the world so I don't think the floating scents would be obtrusive. Or perhaps a...

Re: Beta Testing WolfQuest 3
One thing is I noticed right away in this beta testing video is the amount of time the player spends in Scent Mode. This was a similar problem the Batman Arkham games had with Detective Vision where the world is grayed out and the important things are highlighted in bright colors. The result was pla...

Re: Playing Dead
Just saw this. Dave, please consider making the player wolf deal with reduced healthy (or 'injury)' after death for a certain amount of time as a penalty for death. Consequences for your actions and consequences for death is something severely lacking in most video games. With Wolfquest, you have th...

Thanks for keeping the game realistic. That's the best part about WolfQuest and it's the only game of it's kind.

You guys have outdone yourselves. The amount of content you're adding is beyond my wildest dreams for Wolfquest. I feel like I should be paying for Wolfquest 3 (I'd be happy too).

Re: Non-Wolf RolePlays ─ Your Thoughts?
I never roleplay and find it weird. Most of the time people aren't even moving their wolf they are just sleeping and using the chat function.

Re: Feeling Territorial
If you're worried about the feasibility of player wolves maintaining such large territories and having fun with it, perhaps just being present in your territory could count towards defending your territory? I think similar logic for NPC wolves and stranger wolf territories would be good too. Of cour...

Re: At World's End
I don't really mind invisible walls at all. I think we all understand the game has to end at some point. Every open world games has them. The map feature allows us to see where we are in the world so it's not a deal breaker when you run into a an invisible wall we all understand where we are. Thinki...

Re: Hooves of Hurt
Chance of injury rather than death I think the perfect happy medium to deal with the realistic dangers of wolves fighting elk is to make it so that there is a chance a strike from an elk (or any other attacking animal in the game) can injure player's wolves rather than kill them. Injury brings a mu...
